About

Welcome.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Esther’s Daughters was created out of a very personal journey – one of faith, leadership, questions, responsibility, and learning to trust that God prepares us long before we ever see the reason why.

For years, I have been deeply drawn to the story of Esther. Not because she became queen, but because of who she was becoming before anyone noticed her. She was being shaped in quiet places. She was learning courage before she needed to use it. She was positioned long before she understood the purpose.

And I realized something: most of us are living in that “preparation” space.

We’re raising families.

We’re serving in our communities.

We’re leading in ways that often go unseen.

We’re praying, persevering, building, and believing — sometimes while feeling unsure or unseen ourselves.

This blog was born out of that space.

Why This Matters to Me

Through my work in ministry, in the community, and my own walk of faith, I’ve had the privilege of seeing the strength women carry every day. I’ve seen women hold families together through uncertainty. I’ve seen them build, advocate, protect, nurture, and lead often without recognition.

But I’ve also seen how easily we question ourselves.

We wonder:

Am I doing enough?

Am I equipped for what I feel called to?

Does what I’m doing even matter?

Esther’s Daughters is a reminder that it does.

You matter.

Your preparation matters.

Your obedience matters.

Your quiet faithfulness matters.

You are not behind.

You are not overlooked.

Esther didn’t know the moment would come when she first stepped into the palace. But when it did, she was ready.

We are leaders learning trust.

I’m still on this journey too. And I’m honored you’re here walking it with me.
